Raghu Ram Ambadpaudi is an Indian television producer and actor. He was earlier supervising producer at the MTV India ad the creator of television reality show MTV roadies and MTV Spiltvialla. Early Life & Relationship
Ram was born in Delhi. And grew up in Delhi itself. Along with his twin brother. Their father is charted accountant and mother is a political affair journalist. They have a young sister.
The twin brother studied at the Woodstock school in Uttarakhand. They later attended the University of Delhi. They completed their graduation at Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Ram was married to actress Sungandha Garg. She has played roles in Hindi serial and movies. In 2016, they announced their separation, after being married for a long time.
Ram started his career with MTV India supervising shows including MTV love line with VJ Malika Arora and Cyrus Broacha . and also spearheaded MTV select for few seasons. He generated his idea of roadies. the idea was accepted and the show was started in 200.
Eventually, roadies became the longest-running show on the television. And have the largest fan based. Roadies have successfully completed their many seasons. Later ram was appointed as executive producer by MTV. And in 2008 he launched his second idea based show Splitsville. Splitsville’s is a highly popular show in the youth.
Ram is also popular for his singing and acting talents. He has worked with Akshay Kumar in his movie tees mar khan. and also have sung many songs.
Ram has also released his own book with tile Rearview: my roadie journey. In his book, he has opened up about his love for music. And he has talked about his brother Rajiv and wife Sungandha. Ram’s book is so relevant to him. And his book got a positive response from his fans.
