The story of the Betaal is about the village which is a battleground between Betaal, a British Indian Army officer, the Indian police and his battalion of zombie redcoats.
Netflix describes the synopsis as “Hired to displace tribal villagers to make way for a new highway, officials unearth an old curse and an army of British soldier-zombies.

Betaal is a production of Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. Aahana Kumra and Vineet Kumar Singh will be in the lead roles of the series.
Other star cast of the Betaal includes Jitendra Joshi, Siddharth Menon, Manjiri Pupal, and Suchitra Pillai.
The story is written by Patrick Graham. Betaal is directorial of Patrick Graham and co-directorial of Nikhil Mahajan.

Netflix Betaal Release Date
Betaal shooting took off air in August 2019 and the series being planned to release in the month of March 2020.
However, the situation was not under control due to the coronavirus outbreak due to which the makers of the series had to postpone the date of release.
Makers have now decided to release Betaal Netflix series on May 24, 2020.
