Aye Mere Humsafar Episode 20, September 25, 2020: The day of Ved and Payals marriage finally arrives and both the families are very excited.
The wedding ceremony has begun and Ved is seen sitting in the mandap and both families are present.
Surajmukhi and Vidhi are also present. Surajmukhi requests Vidhi to get her sister from her room for the ceremony.

Vidhi goes to Payal’s room to check on her and get her for the ceremony but finds the room empty. Payal is no-where to be seen. Vidhi instead finds a letter from Payal that reads, she has left the house to pursue her dreams of becoming an actor and that she can’t comprise on working towards achieving her dreams at the cost of her marriage with Ved.
Vidhi is shocked and now needs to break this news about Payal running away to her mother, Ved and the entire Kothari family. A tensed Vidhi reaches the mandap in tears with the letter which Surajmukhi too reads Payals letter and faints considering she has learned about her daughter running away from home on the day of her marriage.
How will the Kothari family react to Payal running away and leaving Ved in this situation?
Will Vidhi step in to save her mother from this embarrassment by marrying Ved or will she too choose her career over her IAS dream?
